INITIAL CONTACT

Because a good therapist/client fit is essential to successful therapy, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation for us to interview one another and determine if this practice is appropriate for your needs. I look forward to hearing from you.

INTAKE SESSION

You will be asked to complete brief paperwork prior to this appointment. The intake session provides an opportunity to:

• Explore the concern(s) that brought you to therapy
• Clarify what you hope to gain from therapy
• Determine if my services are appropriate for your needs
• See if you are comfortable working with me
• Discuss the therapy process and my approach to therapy
• Learn about my office policies, procedures, privacy and confidentiality

If we determine we are not a good "fit" and that your goals and needs would be better addressed with another clinician, I will gladly provide you with referrals to other practices.

Friday: 8:00am to 12:30pm and 2:00pm to 6:00pm
